How to Make Achar with VSA Achar Masala Powder?
Wash and dry 1 kg of your chosen vegetable or fruit — raw mango, lemon, amla or mixed vegetables. Cut into small pieces. Mix VSA Achar Masala Powder thoroughly with the pieces. Heat mustard oil, let it cool, then pour over the mixture. Mix well, transfer to a clean glass jar and seal. Your homemade achar will be ready in 2–3 days. Store in a cool, dry place.
